Background Check
What is the process for conducting a background check of a candidate?
I am considered a finalist candidate position, and human resources department has asked me to an official transcript, references, and submission to judicial review. I submitted all required documents last Tuesday. How long does it take to complete a background check? If I followed them this week? The fact that the background check is requested of me something good? What is the purpose of the audit and what you know about me? Thank you answer my question.
If you make a check background on you, means they want to know everything about you. Usually, when it comes to any type of school, even a university that check for sex offenders. They will check all references school, the work you've had and talk to those who have written letters to you regarding your character. It takes time and I do not want talk to them this week. They are obviously in no hurry. I understand you are very anxious, but do not want to push. Maybe a call would be next week order. I do not know if they know it or not, but if you are applying for a job that allows them to tell people that ask you do not want to talk to your current employer. Most people do so because they want their current employer to know they are looking for a job. Many enjoy their work, if found to look elsewhere. All prospective employers understand this and honor this request. It is in no way has anything to do with whether or not going to do the job you want. I wish you peace and patience.
