Why a sealed criminal record shown on a background check online?
I can help my fiance find a better job .. A few years ago, he was involved in a drunken bar fight that led to his arrest .. A year ago, we had the record sealed .. However, as we started this new job search, I decided it would not be a bad idea to check their background, how can an employer, and make sure that this folder does not appear .. Well, guess what … He! We tried an online service, Net Detective, and it was there … Does anyone know why a sealed record is even appearing on the background check? I guess if it's there, she would be in a background check.
The court documents can be closed, but that does not mean there are no other records of the case. Sealing the court file does not delete the other records of the crime. If the courts are providing the information that I would speak with the clerk of the court in that case was decided. I was arrested for drunk driving.
