Included in the house c.13 bankruptcy, how much notice we go?

We have introduced almost two years ago c.13. In c.13, we include the house on the advice of our attorney. The bankruptcy was officially launched last month and are always in our house. He received no notification of exclusion and do not know what will pass. Our lawyer says that have not file proper documents with the court eviction ey after that we will be three to six months prior to the auction house. However, our county officials still no trace of anything was made in time. How do you handle a bankruptcy c.13 housing?

My father lived in home for nine years because the banks had lost the paperwork. success
