State versus radiation sealing your criminal record in Washington
Invalidation of a criminal record and the closure of a criminal judiciary in the State of Washington are often misunderstood. Both procedures affect a criminal record, but the advantage or leakage radiation and the effect of each on a criminal background check is very different.
