I can not read this helps someone can find me what this document says?

I have the Web page shown below. Only people with a subscription to ancestry.com able to see. My ancestor is "3. Eugene Steele" The piece in question I am having trouble reading the three sections is under the name of regiment or vessel "column. All help find what is written in three boxes are greatly appreciated. If for some reason you can not go directly on the link (I do not know if everyone can ancestry.com Click here to go there), the man's name is Eugene Steele. The document is a calendar from 1890 to the state veterans Wisconsin and is under the census records of the United States. The county name is Adams County. The name of the city where it originates White Creek, but the name of the city at the top of the document is Quincy. Http: / / search.ancestry.com / view.aspx Explore /? I think it was in the Company D, 15th Connecticut Infantry. Inf can be seen in the first line …… Just compare the writing throughout the document to get a handle on the writer.
