Death Records Index

Ricardo Villalobos was born in the Philippines in 1881 and died in Seattle in 1970. Anyone know more about him?
I am researching for his pedigree One of my friends. I struggled to find his obituary in the newspaper on microfilm, because I do not know the exact date of his death. Does anyone know what or where I can go to find out. Not appear in the Social Security Death Index, or Rootsweb or ancestry.com. Google searches usually do things on a Mexican singer of the same name independent. Is there any (preferably free) where you can access census records that the United States took the Philippines when they were still an American colony? I tried National Archives in Washington State. They have everything else including the Panama Canal Zone, but for some reason, lack the Philippines, although it was a U.S. territory at the time and had at least three censuses conducted by the United States in the 1900s. Ancestry.com Philippines is no census has not I can find anywhere else. Does anyone know where I can find?
Maybe yes, maybe not … Actually, not much for you to continue! I found this in the SSDI Born May 15, 1882 Died February 1969 Washington St Name: Mike Lobos Unless you have something closer! I can not "believe that this man has worked in this country for many years without SS card
