The death penalty is a form of punnishment law for most serious crimes such as murder. How then can the majority of European countries have condemned to life imprisonment without parole only punnishment most serious crimes? I think EU European Union to reinstate the death penalty for all its Member States in much the way it uses the United States for serious crimes there. We still have a great record of human rights as the U.S. and even the death penalty for serious crimes committed. Parliament should reconsider your question about the death penalty and should adopt a law that the death penalty a legal form of punishment.
