What I can expect when you go to court for my DUI?
I was arrested in Tahoe, Nevada for the first offense DUI at the age of 18 years, no criminal record. I have also been arrested on the wrong side of the road, 60 miles at 40 miles the area, not having my DL on me and resisting arrest. It was not violent, I panicked and repeated the officer could not stop. I have no fear and knows what to expect. Can anyone give me an answer.
You should not approach this without a lawyer. Beg or borrow if you do not qualify for a lawyer. Seriously. Good luck. EDIT: Resisting arrest is a serious charge associated with imprisonment mandatory in certain jurisdictions. You really need a lawyer.
