Employee Background
Background checks of employees of minors?
I own a company that does business with all employees that have attained the age of 18, but we have recently hired some high school workers. We have a company policy to do background checks on all employees, but I have not been able to make the workers under 18. I have not been able to find a site that has documents for minors. T Anyone know of a site or other information allow me to do these background checks? Thank you.
Surely you should be able to get the background check of young employees. Are authorized to work, so you have the right to know more about their origins.
