Diligence Criminal Employment?
3 years ago, my husband applied for a position with a company-owned funeral home, said he could not be hired because I had no background. I never said what was there and never asked why. It has "adopted" three background checks for several companies since then. Now he has applied and was offered a management position in the original company, he asked (where no background checks are accepted) So here's my question … Why pass a background check with several companies and then no one?
