How I can get a crime to arrest my record when someone used my name?
I had a former friend / roommate uses my name 10 years ago when he was arrested for possession of a pound of marijuana. He was arrested and bailed with my name never appeared in court …. imagine. Well, the Court an arrest warrant issued in my name and almost went to jail to get that shot raised his cup when he was stopped up my name in his face. They told it was a mistake, but now my name is put in possession of arrest marijuanna crime. How I can have this removed from my file when it was clear that another person use my name and I think the police were negligent in obtaining proper identification of more times. Can someone please help me. I have little money and can not afford a lawyer.

From the standpoint of law enforcement, the problem is that her ex-boyfriend has demonstrated its willingness to use its name as a pseudonym. As such, the next time services Criminal meetings with his old friend and he uses his name, would be useful to the police if the red flags going up enforcement does not accept that name false. In 14 years of dealing with this problem, I have not heard a good solution that will protect the person who stole their identity from other complications and also prevent the thief identity of the possibility of continuing to use the stolen identity crimes shooting them.
