Free Business Name Search
Is there anyone here who is an advocate of the brand is ready to provide advice for free??
My husband and I are starting a company and wanted to mark our product name. After investigation we found that another company (which we believe is doing business) in elsewhere in the country or try to make the same kind of thing we are. The names of companies are very different, but the name of the product is very close (eg, ABC ABC Awards Card vs. Card). We had no idea that this company had more than the registered name what we have done the research. We have not begun to do business again, but who are very disappointed and concerned that the trade mark application would be rejected. We have read that it takes six months – one year will receive a response in the trademark office. We do not want start doing business with the name of the product and now then look at the way we are in a lesion of TM. We have been thinking about a new name, but really love our way of choice than anything else, we have developed. A tip?
