Ramifications of the first offense possession of alcohol by a minor under 21 years?
Recently I was at a football tailgating party Hillsborough County, Florida. undercover agents were randomized to ask people to IDS. I saw a bottle of beer was drunk and a half. I obviously do not even a bit innebriated all. I have not been arrested, but my information was taken and was given a yellow "affidavit of criminal complaint / summons" The law was that ISSED 562.111 misdemeanor possession of alcohol by persons under 21 years. I have no previous records of any kind and have a lot to me now. Can anyone tell me the consequences of this, what I do, how I do, and there is no possible way to get totally reject the court is never shown in my record? Any help will be much appreciated.
when you talk to the court of the ADA on the case and see is going to drop the case or atleast change the price of the right thing to do is get a lawyer own initiative or hire a lawyer
