Where is the best place to open a small independent record shop in Los Angeles?
I want to open an indie record store and small Could someone waiting to tell me a place (not expensive) to open the store. You can be anywhere in the county of Los Angeles.
On the Internet. After have been a musician (and music marketing) in the County of Los Angeles, there is much competition is fierce, both independent and major chains that have more power advertising. The place "best" will be that much of the traffic to come through and great visibility. Commercial real estate people know it too, and charge accordingly. 
I'm not kidding on the Internet – I've to keep costs down and made much more money without the cost and hassle of a store. It is so cool, but perhaps a healthier option. No pun, of course.
