+ Costody Cohabbiting divorce?
We've been together four years and a child of three years. The SSI (fixed income) I am a student who has a job. It was imprisonment for the 90 domestic violence against his first wife. It verbably abusive and I want out. He said that if I do I strive for complete costody. For this reason I live in an unhappy relationship, we are not close, we have no real relationship. None of us has been parter with another. What I can do to get out and costody I have of my son or atleast the main house for him. Furthermore, it is against the law if abuse registered verbabl blame him? Sometimes when you cry or talk to hit / hurt I turn on my phone and record the conversation. Everyone else thinks he is a nice person but hes reformed. My son is the blood of my other SIG, and surname. My other Sig never cirtificate signed a birth, and are not married legaly. If it helps have been in the state of Massachusetts, I have 23 years and he is my son is 38 March.
They have to go, taking your child with you. If so before domestic violence was serious enough for him to jail, you and your child is in danger! But I think you know. You must go to the version of the Family Court and ask for the ex parte protection order to start the abuse. If approved, would give temporary custody of his son, and maybe even give you possession of your house (based on a lot of situations, of course.) Once you've done that, contact the Legal version Aid Society. They should be able to advise on the legality of the records that have and help you for free. Also, check out the Center for domestic violence. If you have someone you can live with, until it reaches a full hearing, may be able to find a safe haven. Once you go to a final hearing, if you get complete protection from abuse order, you can try to guard. You should try it, despite the threats. If you do not, you know, no more problems and possible violence. If you do this, you will have at least a chance that things will improve and you'll get what you want and need.
