Mexico Divorce Records
VA does not recognize divorce in Mexico, I can do?
I am married to a citizen, while the Mexican army and were divorced in Mexico. Since then I have been married and divorced in the United States. Now I'm married and make a profit, but the current VA women to deny benefits on my record because VA does not recognize the Mexican divorce from first wife. Did not recognize divorce, or transfer their rights to my VA benefits? Is there anything I can do for my wife's current earnings or force the VA to recognize the Mexican divorce, and it was a wedding in Mexico in the first place?
I have a better question you ask: why never marry a Mexican?
