What Woodforest National Bank seeks to conduct a criminal background check?
I applied for a position as a credit analyst Woodforest National Bank in Texas. I have a history of arrest, however, have never been convicted of the charges. All charges were dropped before going to court. I I answered "NO" to the question on the application that asks about convictions because I have never been convicted, I have been arrested and charged. The charges ranged from Three years for driving while intoxicated, open container, possession of marijuana, possession of a dangerous drug Paraphenelia drug possession, and even a third charge drug crime Pour into a correctional facility (aka prison). I know it's a rap, but all charges were dismissed because of illegal search and seizure, no probable cause, and their inability to adequately investigate. I'm a smart guy with a great GPA and just had some bad luck with a time crazy in my life and carefree. While I'm honest I was so far do you think I'm having a problem doing the job?
