Pima County Court Records

I need to scan / archive software from a large company. Any experience?
Our society must find a more efficient store our information on paper and folders. Currently boxes and send them to a company that charges $ 1.50 per month for each box of ten years. Which, given the size of our company and the amount of our material is very expensive. We believe that the software files. Basically digitize and archive to be more profitable. Anyone have experience with this? Be that our judicial system do it for legal court documents / (Pima County Pima County Recorder and higher), but I'm not sure how to do to to get this information. Thanks!
This company offers software development and outsourcing services could probably develop http://www.coherentsolutions.com/ Accessed this tool for you.
