My friend needs a lawyer to probate this problem?

My friend's husband died without a will. They have absolutely no debt. She never contacted for approval. It has a license that can be attached to his name and created under the old rules may prove advantageous if her husband died without a will. She has a court declaration documents will not show has never been filed. Can you ask the other for probate a statement by a judge about their right to return the license, or must hire a lawyer?

She does not need a lawyer. You can give a sworn statement notary that her husband died intestate. Thus, the declaration of the Court shall be all you need.
