Reverse Address Lookups

Two reverse DNS?
When a consultant to set up a firewall and Exchange messaging server for me, I told my ISP created a reverse DNS lookup for my mail server. I am moving to the ISP and the reconfiguration of the firewall. "I can get my new ISP created a new reverse search for a new IP address of my mail server, while others still exisits? In other works I have two reverse lookups (IP addresses) pointing to the name of it (mail.mydomain.com for example)?
The reverse lookup is done based on IP addresses. The address block owner IP Internet (ISP), creating the reverse lookup record. So'll will the current ISP, and the other a new ISP. Two different IP addresses, host name. So yes to answer your question.
