If you have a crime in one state (TN), can pass a background check in another state (VA)?
Or any other state. I have a crime in my mind that is 6 years old TN. Everyone did a background check and few hire a criminal even if it is wrong. I can move and I look very good, if that means you can actually get a decent work. So how background checks work? Especially in TN and VA? Not only do background checks go back to number of years or for life cause some told me to come back after seven years and I could hire. Background checks and state or national? Or is it now? Thanks in advance for your responses mature. Oh, if you have Web sites with accurate information, please post for me. I do not find anything.
Background checks back since companies do not have documents. Most of these companies have been around for a while and can sell it to people looking for more $ if you have more information. In ten. Code Crim Proc. 40.32.101 (a) (1) (E), "[a person] is not entitled to expungement of records of that person in a particular case, if the person is convicted of a crime or charge, including a lesser charge or charges contained. "If you were convicted (a judge that is placed on probation after pleading guilty or that you have sent to the prison), then you are not entitled to the documents destroyed. If none of these is true, talk to a TN lawyer about getting as soon as possible expungement of the facts. Worthwhile.
