Believe it or not, you can have an FBI file. Why? Well, if already employed by the government, he served in the army, arrested or have gone through naturalization, you can have a folder. How I can access my file in the FBI?
The United States Department of Justice Order 556-73 establishes rules and regulations for the registration issue identification FBI to obtain a copy of his own record for review. In other words, the FBI is not the source of information whether the arrest has been reported by county, state or local agency.
